How It All Began.
TOMOS was incubated at RTTS (www.rtts.com), the industry's
premier software quality experts, beginning in 2007. RTTS had been working in the ALM and software quality space
since 1996. While working with a client and their distributed development team, they voiced the need for a cheap (or free)
web-based system to manage the development and testing process. Other small and medium-sized groups were also
interested in a low-cost, web-based ALM solution to solve these needs. The idea for TOMOS was born!
