Yes. TOMOS offers a free full-featured 45-day trial. You will not be asked for payment before the trial ends. When your trial period is coming to a close, we’ll send you an email and if you wish to keep using the service, you may submit your payment information at that time. Right now TOMOS is free for our beta users, who will enjoy a 45-day trial. After the trial period, TOMOS is only $50 a user per month.

How secure is TOMOS?

We take security very seriously. Your data is protected with a secure connection to our servers via SSL. We utilize a 128-bit SSL certificate. Our network, servers and application are monitored for security problems at all times. Furthermore, managed Juniper Firewalls protect our systems, and your data, from hackers, worms and viruses at all times.

Our infrastructure also gives you peace of mind. We are backed by a 100% network uptime SLA. Our production servers reside in two state-of-the-art datacenters, each in different major U.S. cities over 650 miles from one another. The security of each state-of-the art datacenter includes monitored closed circuit TV, 24x7 on-site personnel, military grade pass card access, and biometric hand-scan units. We utilize backup power systems including on-site diesel powered generators and centralized UPS. Our servers all use RAID5 for disk redundancy. Disks are mirrored and hot swappable, ensuring 100% disk availability and uptime. Nightly backups are conducted so that all databases are backed up to a server in an offsite location.

Does TOMOS ever view or use my data?

No. Neither TOMOS, nor it’s employees will review, share, distribute, print, or reference any such data except as provided in the TOMOS Customer Agreement, or as may be required by law. Individual records may be viewed at times or accessed for the sole purpose of resolving a problem or discussing a support issue. Customers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of their user registration and password.
