Feature Spotlight
Affordable solution fits your budget
At just $50/user per month, TOMOS fits any budget. Because TOMOS is a web-based solution, there is no cost for installation, maintenance or hardware beyond your existing computer and internet connection.  We haven't left anything out either  - the low subscription fee gives you access to all modules, as well as support.

TOMOS comes out to only $1.67 per day and is less expensive than coffee, milk, bread, a gallon of gas, a can of soup, a slice of pizza, dirt, toothpaste or bottled water. Personally, we like "cheaper than dirt" the best, though "cheaper than toothpaste" had some pretty vocal supporters.

Lightweight, intuitive Web 2.0 interface
We apply "Solving Complexity with Simplicity" to all facets of TOMOS. Our interface is user-friendly, intuitive and clutter-free. TOMOS is usable by those at any level of expertise. We've made it easy to navigate through the system and find what you need to get your job accomplished. No more hunting for items in heavily nested menus or choosing from overwhelming options. You can easily make changes with a single mouse click. We've built TOMOS to be straight-forward and easy – after all, what good is a tool if you cannot figure out how to use it?

Built-in methodology
Half the battle when planning your project is knowing how to go about the project successfully. Our built-in methodology addresses the overall project lifecycle - helping you create focus, stay organized, and effectively plan the rollout of your product.

The methodology is embedded in each of the modules and was designed by experts with over 15 years of software experience. It will guide you through the steps and best practices for requirements gathering, test authoring and more. When you're feeling like a pro, simply hide the methodology and bring it back the next time you want to refer to it.

Full traceability
When you make an update in TOMOS, it's automatically reflected across your project. Because TOMOS automatically associates your artifacts, you'll always have the latest information at your fingertips. For example, any updates to a defect are automatically linked back to the appropriate test case and requirement associated with that defect. When it comes to traceability, we've got you covered.

Real-time, customizable dashboards and powerful reporting
Now you will know exactly what's going on, right away. No more waiting for weekly meetings or reports – simply log in and view the progress of your development project on your customizable dashboard. Need more in-depth information? Switch over to the reporting view and choose from pre-built reports or create your own customized reports. TOMOS boasts streamlined, best-in-class reporting and a personalized graphical representation of your development project right out of the box.

Available on-demand (SaaS)
Software-as-a-Service (SaaS), also known as On-Demand software, is quickly gaining ground in the SMB (small-to-medium size business) area. On-demand software relies on a monthly subscription model and one common code base, so you enjoy:

  • No software installation or maintenance time or costs
  • Less deployment time than traditional software
  • The ability to access TOMOS anywhere you can reach the internet
  • Constant, smaller upgrades to one central code base will continuously improve your user experience without the need to wait for new releases
  • Your internal IT personnel do not have to support TOMOS because we take care of the hosting
  • The money you save with TOMOS can be redistributed to other areas
